‘Serendipity’
A Fantastically Floral Celebration of Three Artists
Last week, Lizzie was exhibiting a wonderful collection of hand-printed wall hangings, tableware, and ceramics. Alongside gorgeous paintings by artist Juliet Harmer and elegant photographs by Britt Willoughby, it really has been a field day for flowers.

Brought together by a shared love for all things green and floral, this exhibition emerged in a moment of serendipity. Three different artists, a collection of mediums, and one fabulous display of flowers.
‘Serendipity’ came together organically. Lizzie, Juliet, and Britt each have their own distinctive styles, but all celebrate the vibrancy, delicacy, strength, and beauty of flowers.
The gardens and countryside of the Cotswolds provide a shared source of inspiration, and it’s fascinating to see how similar influences can result in such different and personal pieces of work.
Lizzie’s Pieces
The ‘Secret Garden’ quilt, hand-printed and embroidered, hangs from the ceiling and makes for a spectacular entrance! Also exhibited are two hand-printed wall hangings, ‘Garden Path’ and ‘Floral Sampler’, both of which are inspired by wildflowers, the insects that help our ecosystem to thrive, and the birds that make their homes in our gardens.
In colours and designs to match the wall hangings, Lizzie has printed a limited collection of table runners, table cloths, and zipped pouches.
Lizzie’s ceramic ‘Meadow’ collection has also been on display — embossed mugs, plates, cheeseboards, and dishes. All are hand-built and painted and look fabulous alongside the colours of the Wildflower collection.

Reflections on the week
A few words from Lizzie
“What a wonderful week! The Setting gallery at Three Storeys in Nailsworth has been our home for the past six days.
It was a real privilege to exhibit my work with Britt and Juliet. Though our work is very different, the common theme – our passion for flowers and nature, pulled it all together beautifully.
Our aim was to share the joy that our passion brings us – and it really did. We made our visitors smile and hopefully inspired them to look closer at a wild flower meadow, add a pop of colour to their home, and appreciate the colour and detail available in our natural environment.
Now, it’s back to work — building our brand and new website, always keeping mindful of the things that make our products stand out: the fresh vibrancy of the natural world, and helping you to choose colours and fabrics that connects your home with nature.”
